One on One or Group Sessions

Yoga is an individual practice that is within all of us. My goal as a teacher, is to facilitate in strengthening your connection and relationship to self. Together we will weave in the elements of yoga to effectively move inward. Over time, our work together will provide you with the tools to navigate more efficiently through life both personally as well as with others. Time together may include but is not limited to:

  • Basic Postures of Yoga

  • Vinyasa Basics & Flow

  • Mobility Practice

  • Strength Exercises

  • Deep Stretching

  • Restorative Shapes

  • Mindfulness Practice

  • Guided Meditation

Our time together is YOUR time, so each session will be catered to your needs. Available for in-person sessions or virtual.
