I have over 7 years of experience in marketing, media and advertising and if yoga has taught me anything, it’s that there is no one-size-fits all approach to managing wellness and mental health. With a diverse list of clients, I often lean on my past experiences and the tools developed in both yoga and marketing: listening, educating, iterating and analyzing. I take pride in building an emotional connection with both individuals and brands that I work with, to establish trust and openness and learn how to best serve them. My experience has shown that consumer decisions are more complex than basic demographic data one fills out on a form, and therein lies the magic. Social media offers a window into a consumer’s life all we have to do is stop and look closer. My experiences do not live in bubbles. I approach every project and ambition with an opportunity to weave in my life learnings and to gain further reverence for individual perspective and human connections. When people take time to care for themselves, the outward ripple of impact can be felt around the world.
